Required Documents

Once we start the rental process, you will need to get a few documents in place in order to secure your new home.  

  •     Credit Score
  •     Employment Letter(s)
  •     2 References
  •     Photo I.D.
  •     Rental Application
  •     First and Lasts Months Deposit
  •     Post Dated Cheques
  •     Tenant Insurance
